Below are a series of calculators to assist you while working with your clients.  Please keep in mind that the "Lease Amount"  includes your broker commission!  

For example, if you are calculating a monthly payment, click  on the  How much will my lease payments be? link.  Once you are at the Calculator screen, enter the sum of equipment cost and your broker fee into the "Lease Amount" box.  Refer to the most recent rate sheet for the "Interest Rate", input the lease term and number of advance payments you will collect.  Then click the COMPUTE  button.  We recommend that you print the screen and include in your document package.

Want to calculate your commission on a deal?  Click on the How much can I afford to lease? link.  Input the variables and click COMPUTE.  Then, simply subtract the Equipment Cost from the total lease amount and you have your commission.
